  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.75 cup marinara sauce

Equipment

  • 1 8-inch square baking dish

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  5. Spread the marinara over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Top evenly with the mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and bubbling around the edges and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  8. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For the smoothest base, soften the cream cheese before mixing. Refrigerate leftovers for 3 to 4 days; freezing is not recommended. For a vegetarian option, use plant-based pepperoni.
