Ingredients

  • 3 cup white chocolate chips 18 ounces
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 Oreo cookies roughly chopped

Equipment

  • 1 8-inch square pan

Method

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang to lift out the fudge.
  2. Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 to 7 minutes, until smooth and melted.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the chopped Oreos.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment.
  8. Cut into 36 pieces.

Notes

For neat squares, cut the firm fudge with a warm, dry knife. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days; freeze for up to 2 months. For a dairy-free variation, use dairy-free white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed coconut milk.
