I’m Sofia Miller, the heart and hands behind The Yummy Journey. I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids, a devoted wife, and a passionate cook. When I’m not chauffeuring my kids to after-school activities or helping with homework, you’ll find me on our homestead, caring for our chickens and ducks or tending to the garden.
